Today or tomorrow, March 5 & 6 2016. You can register to vote in the 2016 Municipal Elections for Knysna.

To register you will need either your green bar-coded ID book, smartcard ID or valid Temporary Identity Certificate (TIC).

To check your registration details, you can send an SMS with your ID number to 32810  (R1.00 per SMS).

If you have moved, your voting district may have changed (even if you’re in the same ward) and you’ll have to re-register. To check if it has, compare your old address and new address by using this handy IEC election tool.
