Contrary to DA propaganda, i have won 3 cases so far. Recently, i won a protection order against a DA member. Similarly, she won a protection order against me. As usual, i had to represent myself. I’ve been granted the right to appeal both cases, including the win because, for example, like every Magistrate involving me, the judgements totally excluded the majority of evidence so as to not mention the Democratic Alliance’s involvement. The appeal will be delayed as i don’t have money. Consequently, i focus my attention forward, or will unless 3 associated criminal cases come into play.
On March 24, i have a 3hr meeting scheduled with the Office of the Public Protector.
The Knysna Municipality applied for, and was granted, an extension period for answering my complaints to the Public Protector. That expires on March 26. I don’t know how long Senior Investigator Gideon Landman will take to assess the documentation.
March 28 finds me in court facing a municipal employee, 4 witnesses (municipal and political) and their 2 lawyers.
I made a complaint through the Presidential Hotline which has been assigned an investigator who has not contacted me yet.
The submission to Parliament has been delayed one year. My complaint against the delay now sits with a new Divisional Manager in the Office of the Secretary.
I await a ruling by the Cape Bar regards my complaint against an advocate involved with the DA.
I haven’t been publicly online much… but that was too much. I broke my promise to only be here for features so as to focus on court cases. My conviction will be stronger, starting now. I have scheduled only 1 Facebook post per day until month end.
There may be none/few for long thereafter as i focus on action against the DA for their massive corruption in Knysna. What direction that takes is dependent on the Public Protector’s action/inaction. If i’m unhappy with their progress, i’ll submit to the South African Human Rights Commission as well as consider the Equality Court and civil action against the smaller players.
Life is incredibly challenging right now. The cupboard is empty and i will have future legal costs to face. Although i must continue to learn and represent myself, there are still associated costs.
Consequently, i must reduce my meetings with people asking for advice. I normally meet them at Wimpy but even specials add up. Whistleblowers always welcome!
Where i need help is the occasional ride to or from George. Over the next month, i need to visit the Public Protector’s office, a lawyer and the courts. Are there any supporters who regularly travel there that can give me a ride – i promise interesting conversation:) If you can help, please Facebook inbox me or email me through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Love Knysna bravely!
