Cape Times Gives Front Page to Knysna’s Future
HELP! Knysna locals, for 10 minutes, please forget the holiday spirit and the hard work those of you who are in the tourist trade are undoubtedly busy with.
Unexpectedly, the ISDF tender, the framework for our town’s future, the one we’ve been fighting so hard against (against our politicians and municipality), has appeared on the FRONT PAGE OF THE CAPE TIMES.
The SABC has also posted a mention on their Facebook.
We need as many media to investigate the story so that the plan (by others) for our future is investigated. We have the opportunity to create momentum towards accountability. We have the opportunity to bring to an end years of protest before the next election. We have the opportunity to stop Premier Helen Zille from looking away.
Help Knysna by sharing this post and any others that mention the ISDF today (SABC FB post next and then my article with major updates).
This is a unique opportunity. Please SHARE all! If you’re too scared of the Knysna Municipality and our politicians, you can post anonymously via Knysna Keep.
If you can help with a donation towards boosting any of the posts, please inbox me.
Let’s start with the Cape Times:
The spotlight is on Knysna and those who holds our future in their hands. The ISDF tender, the framework for Knysna’s next 30 years, is on the front page of the Cape Times.
It paints a picture of an uncommunicative Grant Easton (Municipal Manager) and includes a photo of ‘Madam’ Mayor Georlene Wolmarans. Yes, they called me ‘Mark Hampton’ instead of ‘Mike Hampton’ by mistake 🙂 No issues with that as the ISDF ISSUE is most important.
