Fire Claim: Satellite Photos Prove Knysna Municipality Wrong

Mike Hampton Posted on 8th Sep 2017 by Public Contributor8th Sep 2017

With satellite photos, Landwater makes another valuable contribution to the investigation into the Great Knysna Fire. “An image speaks more than words. This was the situation at 10:10am on the 7th of June 2017. Let that TIME sink in with the imagery… Then consider the immense and frankly immeasurable cost of the tragedy (most of all, the precious lives lost) and begin to hold the Knysna Municipality ACCOUNTABLE for their RECKLESS and PERSISTENT promotion of a FACTUALLY FAULTY and scientifically unproven narrative in the press. They haven’t even released their … Read the full article…

Knysna Fire Risk Analysis: They Knew We Were in Danger

Mike Hampton Posted on 3rd Sep 2017 by mikehampton3rd Sep 2017

A 2010 fire risk analysis predicted the Great Knysna Fire! If ever people are held accountable for the destruction and death, this may become strong evidence of their failure to act. The Landwater Facebook page has added a new chapter to its Pandora’s Box series about the Great Knysna Fire, calling this one: THE PAST CATCHING UP? The main question you’ll have after reading this is who had the information and why didn’t they do something with it? “This is one of those Eureka-moments where the exceptionally talented group of people … Read the full article…

Watch Zuma ‘No Confidence’ Secret Vote Live

Mike Hampton Posted on 8th Aug 2017 by mikehampton8th Aug 2017

Today, in the Parliament of South Africa, President Jacob Zuma faces his eighth motion of no confidence. The difference this time is that it will be done via secret ballot. A loss would possibly mean a change in the direction of the country. A win would consolidate his power and silence many of his critics within in his party, possibly forcing some of them out. It’s both an exciting and important day for South Africa. Watch this historic moment live. If you don’t have the luxury of DSTV channel 408, … Read the full article…

Knysna Fire Builder’s Rubble Waste Disposal Site

Mike Hampton Posted on 20th Jun 2017 by Public Contributor20th Jun 2017

The Western Cape Government has approved the Knysna Municipality’s rubble waste disposal site on privately owned land off the Simola/Blaricum Heights road for the next six months to temporarily store building rubble resulting from the emergency situation that related to fires in early June. The municipality has requested permission to have this builder’s waste material crushed on site. It is important to note that no hazardous materials, such as chemicals and asbestos will be allowed to be dumped on this site.
