This is another complaint against Democratic Alliance Councillor Dr. Martin Young. He’s twisting the truth so as to represent your lying position. Your goal is to cloud the public’s mind instead of answering it. He’s repeatedly defaming me, even implying i’m a holocaust denier.

He isn’t only your liability. His repeated actions, a convenience for all the guilty, makes him YOU.

IS GUILT THE REASON FOR FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE?

The Council always refuses to investigate Martin Young because honest investigation would have to stretch further than him, into all involved in the very dark, repeated propaganda campaigns against me (that would include Helen Zille).

Of course, if you continue to fail to investigate the DA and Knysna Municipality’s negative association with the Knysna-Plett Herald, and the illegal efforts made by [nine names hidden so that i can publish this openly] to discredit me, i can at least say, ‘Thank you for the evidence’.

More immediately, the latest actions will assist me in the latest case which you’re wasting ratepayers’ money on.

In the long term, the (literally) thousands of pages of evidence i have will bring you down. It’s backed up and in safe hands.

TIMETABLE FOR ACTION

As said to Young, i’m giving the Public Protector and Parliament a chance to act because it obviously makes sense to gain more evidence and hope that others share the burden i’ve mostly carried alone. You and i know that there is much i haven’t written about, more irregularities in Supply Chain Management at the top of that list. I’d rather add as much as possible to my main court case.

But i’m not patient forever. After all, this journey, potholed by irresponsible and criminal behaviour by politicians and municipal staff, has taken 6 years.

If the Public Protector or Parliament hasn’t made serious in-roads by February 28, i will submit to the South African Human Rights Commission by March 31 2016.

EYE FOR AN EYE

In between, it’s likely that your cronies will attack me with more court cases. For each case, i will respond with one of my own e.g. if Mosdell, Pama & Cox files, on your behalf, to suppress information in the public interest, i will, for example, lay a criminal charge against one of you or your family members who i’ve already provided information against (two of you, who don’t get along with each other, know who i’m talking about). Another option is to take your friends, who’ve supported your devilish actions, to Equality Court.

I’d rather address the situation as a whole but if your undemocratic, unconstitutional attack against me continues, i will defend myself, i will fight back. A case for a case, an eye for an eye, a punishment for your sin.

Everyone who doesn’t act is complicit. You’re already all culpable, including those who’ve chosen to be silent instead of reporting the many corrupt activities in our local government. It’s up to you to decide the degree of your guilt. I’m betting some of you will, from your blind arrogance, dig that degree deeper but i can hope that some will selfishly choose to save themselves, Knysna benefiting by default.

What happened in the Knysna-Plett Herald comment section, below the blue flags questions, was vicious and, since it involved the same people who the DA worked with against me, on the Facebook groups Knysna Knews, Protecting Brand Knysna, Wicked Knysna and Hampton Factor, any legal body will draw the same association as me i.e the political propaganda campaign against me renewed.

For Mark Allan, the DA’s poor choice of bed companion, again associating me with that missing 9-year-old girl, Liyema Baleni, i have 10 middle fingers for you.

Attached is a post and comments from yesterday on Love Knysna. It contains more Councillor Young’s distortions, defamation and lies. I’ve also included examples of the comments on the Facebook page of the Knysna-Plett Herald. You already have worse than this in your possession but failed to act!

If i’m not informed of action against him by January 17, the day of the Special Council Meeting, i’m going to deliver one of those eye-for-an-eye i promised, likely against one of you. I will not be intimidated. I will not be bullied so that you can maintain your cover-up of maladministration and corruption. I will fight for myself. I will continue to do what was supposed to be your job, to fight for the public interest.

THE DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE & KNYSNA MUNICIPALITY BETRAYED THE PUBLIC

We, the public, entrusted you politicians and municipal staff to represent us. You chose to damn our rights so as to represent yourselves. Shame on you.
