The beautiful rare Morchella mushroom

A mushroom researcher needs Knysna’s help. Yes, you heard me correctly 🙂

We already have the rare Knysna Seahorse and the rare Brenton Blue Butterfly. Be very cool if we have this mushroom too!
 
The researcher is currently working on a new field guide to the mushrooms of South Africa. He’s in need of info about a mushroom which has been believed to grow in Belvidere and in the forest areas of Gouna and Diepwalle.
 
The mushroom is called Morchella and is extremely rare in South Africa.
