Getting to Parliament was only one step in hundreds… and there are many more ahead of me. I need all the help i can get. I NEED YOU. In fact, i desperately need you. Times are tough and this six and a half year nightmare must end, for your sake too.

THE SITUATION

I generally work long days, seven days per week, for our town, trying to stop public funds heading down the drain and into the pockets of criminals.

I’ve been cut off from business by the politicians who are desperate to cover-up their corruption and silence me. Unfortunately, our town’s business people refuse to stand up, some even taken the easy route which is to hold hands with our corrupt Knysna Municipality.

If you’ve ever been in a court case, civil or criminal, you know how draining it is. Imagine what it’s like for me with so many. I made an appeal for help last month and generously received airtime and approximately R1500 from 6 people of the 10,200 Facebook subscribers. Printing/scanning mostly used that up.

My father earns a modest pension. The benefit he’s got is that, after years of exhausting hours in the grease of a factory, he owns his house outright. It’s been tough on him keeping me alive the past 2 years. He was supposed to conveniently move here, which would have allowed me to help him whilst i got a free roof over my head but he’s hesitating cause he sees how i’m being treated and that it’s going to extend to him. He wants peace. The estate agents lied about the legal right of the previous owner to clear alien bush and Knysna Municipality has stalled the building of his house for 6 months. Consequently, he’s hemorrhaging whilst helping me so he now wants to sell the land to pay my rent.

I live simple, in a one-bedroom. I’ve no retail cards. The highlights of my life this year have been an occasional braai (normally alone), a beer or brunch in town (that’s normally accompanied by a meeting with politicians, concerned citizens or informants). I currently have R484 debt.

I’ve set balls rolling, hopefully not into to a political gutters but heading for strike. But government is verrrry slowww and it’s realistic to expect i will remain under attack
