Kyle Maspero, the alleged co-murderer of his girlfriend’s mother, Rosemary Theron, has been declared fit to stand trial.

Previously, I had blogged about people in Knysna being very upset at seeing Maspero walking around town whilst he awaited a bed at Valkenberg Psychiatric Hospital, an observation ordered by the court after Maspero (as we now discover) claimed amnesia.

The good news for those concerned residents is that, until the trial on October 5, Kyle Maspero is under house arrest.
