Who Owns South Africa?
Who owns South Africa? Who owns the world?

China’s ICBC Standard Bank, the world’s biggest bank by assets, is buying a secret vault from Barclays in London which will store 2,000 tons of gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
Here in South Africa, the Reserve Bank, whose actions arguably decide what happens with our lives, is privately owned. It has been alleged that our gold reserves have been stolen. The Reserve Bank will not allow an independent audit.
Why are the Democratic Alliance and African National Congress not fighting for banking transparency? Why are neither fighting to stop irresponsible lending that is surely one of the greatest roots of misery twisting through the poor and lower-middle class?
Surely who owns South Africa is the most important issue, more important than housing, crime and racism because who has money and who doesn’t decide almost everything that happens?
Or it that the biggest political parties are owned by the banks, laughing at us as we fight among ourselves… because so long as we do that, we won’t fight them.
Who owns South Africa? Certainly, not us.
