“A former City of Cape Town councillor was sentenced to three years house arrest on fourteen counts of fraud and two of corruption.” The ANC is always mentioned when they are caught so it’s interesting that the article doesn’t mention that Charlotte Tabisher was DA.

To emphasise that point, on the same day, the same reporter in another article, named another fraudster as ex-COPE.

I believe that corrupt government officials and politicians should receive double the sentence for betraying our trust. In Knysna, in the Western Cape, where my heart is, i believe that there are several who belong in jail BUT the DA and SAPS won’t investigate (and won’t explain why).

I expect the reverse to be true in ANC controlled provinces.

We do not live in a system where justice is equal for all. Justice is stained by politics.
