Bad Pathogen Found in Oysters Served in Knysna Restaurants
The latest Community Services Committee meeting was held yesterday, June 10 2014, and included a report back from Eden District Health on the pollution levels of the Knysna Estuary. Readings are judged by how much E.Coli is present and anything over 500 E.Coli/100ml is considered non-compliant to safety standards.
