As expressed in ‘Knysna’s Alleged Illegal Million Rand Director Revealed’, the Administration and Democratic Alliance of the Knysna Municipality have refused to answer my queries. Both slipped severely, to their disadvantage, on Dec 6 2016, at the last Council Meeting of the year. On the supplementary agenda was the item to decide the order in which directors would become Acting Municipal Manager if the Municipal Manager was unavailable or position became vacant.
