The Knysna Municipality has informed the public that the GOUNA RIVER HAS STOPPED FLOWING. That’s accompanied by the warning to USE WATER WISELY! Knysna’s water supply problem is emphasised by the pipe that burst under the Knysna Estuary 2 days ago. Yesterday, the suburbs of Rykmanshoogte, Eastford Country Estate and parts of Knysna Heights were without water, likely also due to pipes breaking.
