Last night, a white man, allegedly on drugs, pulled a gun in public outside a restaurant on Thesen Islands. In an alleged racist incident, he threateningly ran, arm and gun pointed towards a car driven by a coloured male who has holidayed in our town numerous times. The Cape Argus has published a thin on facts article on the alleged racially induced incident in Knysna Heights – www.iol.co.za/capeargus/gun-drawn-in-knysna-race-row-1967584. An alleged racial incident in Knysna has exploded on Facebook. Nathier Abrahams, a businessman from Cape Town who is one of the complainants, gained almost 5000 shares within one day for his impassioned retelling of what happened to him and a group of friends on December 31 2015.
