What do you do when your business burns down? Some may scream and cry, some may wait for the insurance money and quit. None of that for île de païn, the famous Knysna restaurant on Thesen Islands. Knysna lost the icon that was one of Knysna’s most famous restaurants, île de païn on Thesen Islands, owned by baker Markus Färbinger and chef Liezie Mulder.
