The ANC Zuma T-Shirt Scandal
If the poor wanted to stage a true protest, they’d burn the R118-million worth of Jacob Zuma t-shirts the ANC gave them as part of their election campaign. Turns out that the clothes were brought in by a Taiwanese businessman with connections to the ruling party. Apparently the t-shirts got held up at Customs because of unpaid import duties.
