Racist or not? On June 4, the Knysna-Plett Herald published a Kidge a.k.a. Bill Hartley cartoon questioning the staff of Knysna Municipality’s Planning Department (which is opposite a Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet) for using elevators instead of saving electricity and walking up the stairs to the first and second floors of the short building.
