Why did Knysna Knews delete Susan Campbell’s interesting comment from their FB page? It was about Municipal Manager Grant Easton and Deputy Mayor Esme Edge. Knysna Knews has supported the DA’s Esme Edge more than any other page i know of. Was that why? I can’t think of another reason because Campbell’s comment was well articulated and non-confrontational. Thankfully, i had copied the entire thread in case i needed to quote from it for an article. It’s been a helluva interesting year in Knysna; full of happiness, sorrows and excitements. Thank you for sharing my belief in lifting the carpet of our town to see what’s crawling beneath. Thanks to all those who helped with kids’ trips, shared posts, commented on Facebook or donated towards keeping all these things and me going. Elephant Park Takes 'Pot Shot' at Knysna Tourism

Whether it’s a deliberate dig at Greg Vogt, the ex-manager of the Knysna Elephant Park whose become the CEO of Knysna Tourism (KT), or a reminder to KT that they’ve been a long-standing member slighted by the organisation before being allowed to give their side of the alleged elephant abuse story, i had to laugh when i saw these pot plants.
