Hawks Part 2: Recommendations for investigation

Mike Hampton Posted on 22nd Apr 2019 by mikehampton22nd Apr 2019

Based on my complaint, the Hawks (DPCI: Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation) recommended investigation into corruption in the Western Cape. Reference for media: ‘Case – Cape Town OC 19/07/2018’. The Hawks spokesperson is Captain Nkwalase, the only decent officer I dealt with during this process – NkwalasePS1@saps.gov.za. The ‘analysis’ was conducted by: Colonel Piet Bergh (Chief Priority Crime Management Centre) Captain Philip van Dyk (Van Bergh’s right-hand man) Colonel Abdul Enus (Unit Commander Anti-Corruption) You may think that this is a victory for me but it definitely isn’t. It’s a … Read the full article…

More Evidence Knysna Fraud #2: Witches & Vampires

Mike Hampton Posted on 21st Aug 2017 by mikehampton21st Jan 2021

The more bizarre aspect of the fraud involving Maritime Risk Solutions is Retha and Herman van Niekerk being part of the Clan of Ysgithyrwyn, a coven of Witches whose founder, Damon Leff, has become the public voice for Pagans in South Africa. Leff lives in Hoekwil, a forestry area just outside Knysna. His real first name is Gary. He used to call himself Aerial but now uses Damon. He’s both a leader in the South African Pagan Council (SAPC – a registered religious organisation) and the South African Pagan Rights … Read the full article…

More Evidence Knysna Fraud #1: Van Niekerks & Maritime Risk Solutions

Mike Hampton Posted on 16th Aug 2017 by mikehampton30th Dec 2020

Herman van Niekerk Snr (Herman) and Margaretha van Niekerk (Retha) are con artists, crediting themselves with accomplishments that are lies. This husband and wife team has been exposed as fraudsters with fake qualifications. They run an illegal Knysna business called Fulcrum Limited trading as Maritime Risk Solutions which supplies armed forces for ship and harbour protection overseas. They’ve failed to register their business with CIPC (business registration) and PSIRA (which is the only way for their kind of business to operate and for their staff to legally carry semi-automatic weapons … Read the full article…

Fraud: The ‘Psychologist’ & Men With Guns

Mike Hampton Posted on 26th Jul 2017 by mikehampton21st Jan 2021

Herman van Niekerk and Retha van Niekerk – who are they really? Figuring that out made this one of the more interesting and shocking cases of fraud. An anonymous Knysna whistleblower’s family allegedly under siege – computer hacked, electronically threatened with death, and physically stalked. That’s what one of their 4 bodyguards said. Considering the possible danger to them, this writer held back on this story for 9 months, hoping the authorities would step in to deliver justice (instead, they’ve failed in many ways). But with more people contacting me, … Read the full article…
