Interview: Mark Taylor (Knysna Ward 10 Candidate)
Mark Taylor is the independent candidate for Ward 10, Knysna. I had a discussion with him about our system that is rigged in favour of the major parties. Other topics included crime, drugs and the duty to the ratepayers who are funding the town.
