In the war between the DA and the ANC, the DA has publicly (and ironically) maintained the high ground as saint whilst also being a devil in the trenches. I’ve said it before and I’ll keep on saying it: The war between the DA and the ANC has only one outcome – the public loses! The crisis in Oudtshoorn is the perfect example. It’s utterly bizarre that the political and social earthquakes being experienced in Eden District (which includes Oudsthoorn, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay) have been mostly absent from mainstream media.
