Jacob Zuma, our President of South Africa, signed a R1trillion nuclear deal with Russia that will make us the third most pursuant nuclear power on the planet. Highly disturbing is that the constitution was broken. How can tender rules not be followed? How can there be no transparency? What example does this set to local municipalities where a few of us have fought hard to stop that kind of secretive, self-serving  nonsense? It’s highly dismaying. It’s dictatorial, not democratic. It’s power at all costs and screw the public.
