A Special Council meeting has been called for 2pm today, one that the Knysna public should have been made more aware of. There is going to be a reshuffling of the Mayoral Committee (or MAYCO for short). They’re the Councillors with the real power. Each heads up a portfolio (Finance, Community Services etc.) and reports directly to Mayor Georlene Wolmarans.
