Road Patching to Nowhere Soon

As a main road, Grey Street has had more than its fair share of problems and dig-ups. What i don’t understand is why it takes weeks to re-tar so that motorist are always spinning gravel everywhere, digging potholes that they in future will have to drive around, on the wrong side of the road. That happened again, where Fichat Street crosses Grey. “Oh Lord, please help me,” said Councillor Richard Dawson when he saw the small amount of money allocated for road repairs and maintenance in Central Knysna for 2014/2015. As politician for what is designated Ward 10, his follow-on was a concern for only one road, Welbedacht Lane.
