The Democratic Alliance is the Bell Pottinger of the Western Cape. There’s no true vetting of candidate councillors despite that having been a statement of theirs. Councillor Martin Young is dirty proof, implicating Helen Zille by her allowing him into office whilst she possessed evidence of his dark deeds.
