On the 29 of November 2012, the Knysna Municipality employed Chris Mulder and CMAI to prepare a structure plan for Rheenendal. The Steinhoff plantations are now managed by PG Bison, a subsidiary of Steinhoff Ltd. PG Bison purchased the forestry interests and land owned by PJ van Rheenen.
