BE AN EXTRA IN A GARDEN ROUTE MOVIE

1. Tshisa Talent have been invited to provide extras and actors for a high-end international movie series which will be shot in Plett and Knysna at the end of November.

2. They will need applicants to act as people from Tonga (fairly narrow faces) and New Guinea (broader faces).

3. We need men and particularly those who can swim (do not have to be expert, it is just that they need to row in a canoe and stay afloat) and adult women.

4. We need a Queen and male Tribal Leader – please provide info on acting experience.

5. Fittings and rehearsals for everyone will take place somewhere in Keurbooms on 19 November. This is not paid for however transport and food will be supplied.

6. The first shoot will take place at Buffelsbaai, Knysna on Sunday 20 November.

7. The second shoot will take place on Monday 21st November somewhere at Keurbooms, Plett.

8. Third shoot Tuesday 22nd November at Forest Hall in the Crags, Plett.

9. Transport will be provided, leaving at 4 am in the morning for a call time of 5 am.

10. Filming will be from 8 am to 8pm.

11. Overtime will be paid if they go beyond the 12 hours of shooting time.

12. Rates – adult men and women R420 per day. Rowers – R600. Queen & Male Chief – R900.
