Weekend Weather (Oct 3 & 4 2015)
Beautiful day for birds, elephants, bushbuck, seahorses, baboons, bush pig, otters, whales, politicians, homo naledi and the multi-coloured humans of Knysna.
It’ll be marshmellow cloudy for most of the morning. Sunshine expected in the afternoon. High of 23C makes it a good, all-round day.
Golfers should choose the a.m. for excellent conditions. For walkers, lowest tide at 1.20pm. Fishermen should have best luck at 6.40pm. Night time is predicted to be darker and chillier and, as history has proven, favourable for eating dinner, watching rugby or making babies.
Go ahead and safely plan an outdoors adventure with excessive suntan lotion tomorrow. It’s going to be hot, so hot that Robin Williams is coming over to fry an egg on my big forehead whilst yelling, “Good mornnning, Knysna!”
Rugby World Cup fixtures:
- Samoa vs Japan 3.30pm
- South Africa vs Scotland 5.45pm
- England vs Australia 9pm
PS: If you’re reading this and don’t live here in Knysna, don’t you wish you did? 🙂
