Attention SAPS Minister Bheki Cele & Hawks Chief Lt. Gen. Advocate Godfrey Lebeya
[as sent on Wed, 13 Mar 2019 16:55]
I will go to jail if you do not help me stop the corrupt DA politicians I’ve exposed.
I previously contacted you both, Minister Bheki Cele (SAPS) and Lt. General Godfrey Lebeya (Hawks), after the Public Protector and Presidency failed in their duty. I asked you for help which never happened.
The General did order the Western Cape Hawks to meet me in Durban but they whitewashed my complaint e.g. they totally excluded the intimidation I’ve experienced, that which would get the DA most in trouble.
The Western Cape Public Protector’s (OPP) whitewash, which doubled up on that, was criminal. I’m not exaggerating. The OPP cleared some items that had been found wrongful by separate forensic investigations and the Auditor General (no one ever gets punished).
My subsequent complaints to both the Hawks and the Public Protector were ignored. I don’t know the Hawk’s ‘excuse’ but it’s possible, even likely, that staff of the OPP’s Head Office in Pretoria have obstructed Busisiwe Mkwebane from reading my complaint. They appear to be factionalised like so much else in our Government.
Despite 3 hearings, Parliament has yet to conclude my petition after 4 years. It would seem that there is no DA or ANC. Instead, powerful people of any party are protected. That the Government has been protecting the DA turns the perception of our country’s politics upside-down.
No one in a position of trust should ignore evidence against corruption, especially that affecting a major party and the trust South Africans are supposed to have in them. Worse is if whistleblowers and activists are to be condemned rather than appreciated. That would make morality and law absent.
SAME SHIT, DIFFERENT GOVERNMENT
I’ve begun my final stand. As part of that, on April 1, I release the first book about DA corruption, ‘Same Shit, Different Government’. I expected that I would come under attack.
Today, I received notification that I would face incarceration unless I complied to take down my articles about corruption involving 4 DA-linked people who gained protection orders from a corrupt, DA-aligned court.
I remind that Premier Helen Zille and MEC Alan Winde threatened me too.
DA Leader Mmusi Maimane and DA Federal Executive Chair James Selfe never responded to my complaints (which they definitely received). But why would they? That would stop them from using anti-corruption as an election tool. It’s why DA Western Cape Leader Bonginkosi Madikizela told Radio 702 and Cape Talk listeners that my evidence of DA corruption is fantasy… but, of course, he refused to discuss any of the evidence.
The latest move, probably with more to follow, prompts me to contact you again… what else can I do?… and because I will not submit to the power of corruption!
I’m not going to attach all the documentation I’ve sent to you before. You can look up my name, search this edress and mike (at) loveknysna.com. But I have added a few items for immediate memory jogging (OPP, NCOP, Hawks, Magistrates Commission and today’s threat from ex-Knysna Garden Route District Speaker Eleanore Spies, Deputy Mayor Esme Jefferys, ex-Knysna DA councillor Martin Young and ex-DA candidate, and married partner of Jefferys, Advocate Julie Seton).
I have CCied this email to the Office of the Presidency, to Chief of Staff Roshene Singh and Senior Admin Clerk Nokuthula Mbatha who have both previously failed to assist. The Presidency’s deferral to COGTA Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize only ensured that I remained in the circle of no one helping. COGTA Deputy Minister Andries Nel’s previous refusal to help requires investigation.
It appears that many love the DA and corruption more than our country and their duty to the Public.
I have to hope that you are honourable people simply unaware of the mess beneath you. In that spirit, please do not ignore me and do not transfer me. Help our country. Help me.
